Payment Questions
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major forms of payment including credit cards, bank transfers, debit cards, and more.
We use paypal and moneybookers to do the payment.
How am I billed?
We currently offer monthly, 3 month, 6 month and annual billing cycles. If you are interested in pre-paying, email [email protected] and we can accommodate you.
VPS Questions
Do you offer backups?
Not yet, but we're working on it. So, for now backups are your responsibility. You are protected against a hard drive failure on the host, as we utilize hardware RAID mirroring across two drives. However, this is not a substitute for proper backups.
Which Operating Systems do you offer?
We offer the following OS:

Windows Server 2003
What can I do on the VPS?
It's probably easier to tell you what you cannot do: Nothing illegal and nothing that interferes with other customers and services. Our Terms of Service document is located here: Terms of Service
Can I upgrade my VPS?
Yes. You can upgrade from one VPS plan to another VPS plan by submitting a ticket . All your data and IP addresses move with you to the new VPS.
What is your SLA?
We're not going to lie to you: server maintenance, upgrades, hardware and network issues, all affect a VPS in the same ways as any other provider. What we can boast about is our commitment to resolving these issues in the quickest fashion possible. Most customers will tell you the last time they rebooted was to take advantage of a plan upgrade. 99.9% uptime, or your lost time is refunded back to your account.
Do you provide Console access?
